We offer refunds/exchanges for incorrect or defective item(s) received, but please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order.
▪ Incorrect item(s) received
We will treat every order with utmost care, but in the event that you received incorrect item(s):
→ Please send an email to [email protected] (attached with photos) to notify us about the problem.
→ We will respond to you with our solution to solve the problem, the solution may be one of the following:
1) Keep the incorrect item(s) and we will refund you the cost price of the item(s) that were not sent.
2) A case by case solution specific to the problem.
▪ Defective item(s) received
All items will be checked before dispatch, but in the event you received defective item(s):
→ Please send an email to [email protected] (attached with photos) to notify us about the problem.
→ If the item(s) are deemed by us to be defective then we may respond to you with one of the following solutions:
1) Keep the defective item(s) and if the same item(s) is still in stock we will resend you a non-defective one free of charge.
2) Keep the defective item(s) and if the same item(s) is out of stock we will refund you the cost price of the item(s).
3) A case by case solution specific to the problem.
→ Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for items that are damaged through post and then become defective.
